ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Actively working to complete company goals on Cloud migration, specifically around Azure Active Directory (AAD), Intune, and Microsoft 365 (M365). Collaborating with various departments to follow and implement the company's "Cloud First" strategy. Maintaining a strong understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. Creating and maintaining process, procedural, and technical documentation; assisting with training materials as needed. Working with the existing team to handover solutions to operations teams for continued support and scalability. Ensuring quality compliance, particularly related to security standards and following established IT security protocols. Coordinating with Corporate Communications to distribute information to end users and global management teams regarding system changes or new implementations. Performing extended fault processing of mobility systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability. Project planning, implementation, and administration of new services or enhancements to existing services. Meeting service-level objectives (SLA, KPI) and complying with the established performance ratios/objectives. Solving problems quickly and effectively by developing workflows to automate processes for increased efficiency. All other duties as assigned. EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB Ability to own the entire lifecycle of processes and procedures, from gathering requirements to end-user socialization and handoff. Expertise in scripting, particularly with PowerShell, to drive task automation and process improvements. Provide integration support to various IT Operations groups by leveraging Azure-based scripting and workflow automation. Participate in weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to represent proposed changes and new implementations. Must have the ability to respond to system issues both during standard hours and after hours if necessary. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. 5+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoints with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and cloud-based device management. Expertise in Windows 11 Engineering/Administration and macOS management using MDM. Proficiency in PowerShell for advanced scripting and automation of device management processes. Strong understanding of Azure AD, PKI, SCEP certificate enrollment, and their integration with endpoint management solutions. Extensive experience with zero-touch provisioning, Autopilot, Apple DEP, and thin client technology. Ability to design and implement cloud-based UEM solutions and workflows to manage devices efficiently at scale. Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including deployment, configuration, and management. Familiarity with cloud performance management and monitoring tools for ensuring endpoint availability and user experience. Strong documentation and communication skills, including creating technical documents and operational runbooks.
