Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's Degree Required: A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), MSN or master's degree in health-related field if BSN.
  • RN Massachusetts (required).
  • At least three years of clinical experience in the specialty area
  • Experience in education, staff development, or clinical instruction
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Professional Certification Required: Nursing Professional Development or Specialty Certification- required within 1 year of hire
