- Full-Time 40 hours per week
- Monday -Friday (flexibility based on the needs of the facility)
- This role requires travel between facilities.
Requirements
- Master's Degree Required: A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), MSN or master's degree in health-related field if BSN.
- RN Massachusetts (required).
- At least three years of clinical experience in the specialty area
- Experience in education, staff development, or clinical instruction
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Professional Certification Required: Nursing Professional Development or Specialty Certification- required within 1 year of hire
