Responsibilities
- Will report directly to the Senior Business Operations & Analytics Manager
- Aid the Business Operations & Analytics team in measuring the success of our marketing efforts, efficiency of our operations and performance of our product
- Work with large data sets to extract insights, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze the quality of data and discover trends to identify metrics to support decisions and business opportunities
- Work with diverse teams across the organization to build dashboards and monitor new and existing KPIs

- About You
- Bachelor's degree or above in a technical subject such as Statistics, Computing, mathematics, Analytics, or computer science-oriented discipline
- 3 to 5 years of analyst experience
- High proficiency with SQL with the ability to query relational databases such as Amazon Redshift
- Strong experience with Google Sheets
- Ability to confidently design and create dashboards in Tableau would be a strong asset.
- Experience in working with data from various tools & sources (such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.)
- Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills (conversational)
- Experience in conducting a business analysis to collect requirements from non-technical stakeholders, while managing their expectations at the same time
- Displays a creative mindset in solving issues and problems as quickly as possible.
- Highly motivated in acquiring new learning and skills that can help support the role in the company
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Excellent organization skills with solid work ethic
