About the role
We are looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor to join our growing People team. This is a hybrid role where you will split your time between driving end-to-end recruitment (~75%) and supporting HR advisory initiatives (~25%). Your primary objective is to elevate our hiring maturity. You won't just fill seats; you will champion a structured hiring process, challenge the status quo, and ensure a stellar candidate experience. Key responsibilities include: Talent Acquisition (~75%) End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for diverse roles across all departments at SurePay. Hiring Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams to define clear job profiles and build effective interview flow to ensure smooth candidate experiences and efficient hiring. Data & Process Optimization: Partner with our Senior TA Business Partner to leverage ATS data, track metrics, and continuously optimize our recruitment pipeline. Contribute to interview trainings, ongoing education and employment market insights HR Advisory (~25%) Serve as an accessible, go-to contact for day-to-day HR queries, guiding employees and managers through policies, performance cycles, and team dynamics. Leadership Support: Assist the CHRO with employee relations, policy advice, and case management. HR Projects: Participate in or lead projects aimed at strengthening SurePay's core HR workflows and foundational structures. About you We are looking for someone who enjoys recruitment and building high quality teams, while at the same time is looking to expand their activities in HR. What you need for this role: Around 3 years of experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and exposure to HR administration and policies System proficiency: You have hands on experience with ATS and HR systems, including working with data and metrics extraction A Builder Mindset: A continuous improvement mentality; you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and actively enjoy creating structure where it's lacking. Assertive Process Driver: You have the confidence to manage up, hold hiring managers accountable to agreed rubrics, and prevent impulsive or "siloed" hiring decisions. Meticulously organised: Great time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize different projects in an unpredictable environment.
