Responsibilities

  • Lead Club Direct Readiness & Certification Programs
  • Execute a core curriculum focused on Club Direct readiness, ensuring Field Sales Pros (FSPs) can confidently and effectively deliver the Club pitch and meet performance standards.

  • Leverage performance analytics to identify skill gaps and struggling reps early. Partner with Sales Leadership to implement targeted coaching plans and track improvement.
  • Facilitate Monthly Office Hours & Best Practice Sharing
  • Host recurring sessions for sales leaders to share insights, challenges, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Implement Sales Simulations & Skill Reinforcement
  • Deliver AI-driven selling simulations to sharpen sales skills and improve real-world execution.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally for Enablement Excellence
  • Collaborate with Sales, Innovation, Marketing, and Product teams to align on messaging, tools, and training priorities. Support successful rollout and adoption of new initiatives.

Requirements

  • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement frameworks, including certification programs, coaching models, and performance-based learning
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable training programs
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities
  • Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Experience building sales content and enablement assets (playbooks, battle cards, simulations, etc.)
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Working knowledge of internal systems (QOE, VOE, TAL, MTS, Engage, SAP) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with LMS or enablement platforms is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or related field
  • Experience supporting field sales teams in a multi-region environment preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing scalable training programs
  • Experience with sales performance metrics, coaching frameworks, and enablement tools
  • Background in sports, apparel, or team sales industry is a plus
