This role is responsible for translating company strategy, priorities, and change into clear, consistent, and compelling communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees across the enterprise. This is an influential role at the intersection of culture, people, and communications, ensuring employees across our storied brands and businesses are informed, engaged and aligned with the company's strategy and values. In this Role You Will: Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives Support major company announcements, product launches, integration milestones, with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials including talking points, emails, newsletters, press releases, and presentation materials Project manage communications initiatives and requests, including creating project briefs, establishing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are properly reviewed Help maintain consistent voice and tone across all communications on behalf of senior executives Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex ideas into clear, digestible language Enable people leaders with tools and guidance to effectively communicate with their teams Support live and virtual team meetings with speaker notes, scripts, or other supporting materials as needed Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance internal communications workflows, content development, personalization, and efficiency Contribute to the development of engaging content across multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
