As CMC Markets continues to see strong growth in both existing and new markets, we're searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to help drive the ongoing management of CMC brand and performance marketing activities in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive business and brand growth in Singapore and the region, as well as managing the digital/performance marketing function in SG. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in the role, you will need to have experience driving brand and marketing strategies, be adept at managing social media/digital campaigns, and be comfortable overseeing performance marketing activations. You'll need strong communication skills to engage with a broad range of stakeholders from various departments. Brand Work with the Head of Marketing to drive marketing strategies for CMC in Singapore with a focus on performance marketing and social and digital initiatives Be a brand advocate within the SG office, ensuring all collateral, promotional items, ATL and digital content are at the highest standard and within brand guidelines Support the Head of Marketing to lead and deliver the annual marketing plans for CMC in Singapore, ensuring alignment of marketing campaigns with business and brand objectives Support the Head of Marketing in building and managing sponsorships and strategic partnerships in Singapore Day-to-day reporting and budget management to ensure campaigns are optimised to meet performance targets. Ongoing optimisation and reporting of all campaigns including detailed monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance - how they performed against set KPls and stakeholder recommendations for ongoing distribution Marketing administrative duties and supporting the Head of Marketing with the management of the annual marketing budgets for Singapore Digital/Performance Marketing Setting the digital strategy, and executing the plans to scale growth in Search, Display, Paid Social, Mobile, Affiliates and SEO for Singapore Manage the digital marketing function in Singapore and leading on the management of the 3rd party digital marketing agency in Singapore to ensure media planning across digital drives brand recall, considering and ultimately acquisition Collectively take ownership of all Paid Digital channels (affiliates, ASA Google ads, Meta, X, YouTube, Reddit, etc) and build infrastructure and framework to drive both acquisition and brand lead strategies and deliver full funnel optimisation Analyse and optimise the performance of digital and growth initiatives and prioritise opportunities for improvement and growth. It will occasionally be necessary to work on public holidays, evenings or weekend, by mutual agreement, with time off earned in lieu.
