Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes by sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and fulfilling orders to meet project needs
- Prepare accurate quotations, purchase orders, and perform system data entry to support purchasing activities

- Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word, to efficiently manage data and documentation
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative and purchasing roles within a related field to perform core duties effectively
- Educational qualification of at least "O" Level, ITE, or equivalent to meet job entry requirements
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-drive and proactivity to achieve tasks efficiently
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Availability to start work immediately or on short notice is an advantage for smooth onboarding
