Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support

- Onboarding & Facilities Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including equipment setup, phone provisioning, and workspace readiness
- Track and obtain approvals for new hire paperwork
- Request and prepare office seating, including staging cubicles and offices
- Update and maintain office floor plans (e.g., Koury Center, DPK Building)
- Operations & Office Management
- Order, receive, and distribute office supplies and equipment through systems such as PeopleSoft
- Manage return and disposal (RMA) of unused equipment
- Distribute incoming mail, packages, and supplies to employees
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support needs
- Team & Organizational Support
- Provide backup support for other Executive Assistants as needed
- Participate in bi-weekly administrative meetings
- Support cross-functional coordination across the SVP's organization

Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3 or more years' experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years' experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment

Labcorp is seeking a Project Analyst I / Executive Assistant to join our team in Durham, NC Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, hybrid position (minimum 3 days in the Durham NC office) with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.
