YOUR ROLE We're looking for a creative Junior Designer with strong craft skills to join our passionate team. Working with a talented multifaceted team as well as the wider creative team you'll be tasked with creating beautiful designs across a variety of channels. Our creative output is focused on being engaging, useable and on brand, for consumers in the moments that matter most, regardless of channel.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in a creative department, supporting on and owning projects.
  • Explore and absorb industry and visual trends and deploy them in fresh and exciting ways.
  • Work collaboratively with senior members of the creative department & the wider agency, to influence campaigns and deliver exceptional client work.
  • Remain hungry and produce consistently excellent accurate visual work.
  • Share ideas, nurture creativity and encourage others to do the same.
  • Work directly with the creative team and wider agency.
  • Be ambitious. Aim to win at least one advertising award every year!

Requirements

  • Advanced diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an advertising agency, design studio, or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effect)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A creative portfolio showcasing a range of design work and demonstrating strong conceptual thinking.
  • YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines inc. email, web and print design.
  • Knowledge of current design tools and software; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD / Webflow, and Keynote / PowerPoint. (Exposure to After Effects, Cinema 4D, HTML5 animation, or Coding would be a bonus too!)
  • Confidence to be bold with the creation and communication of your work.
  • The ability to think creatively, deliver impressive concepts and at the same time have exceptional attention to detail. And meet deadlines of course.
