Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine talent acquisition processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of operations to improve productivity and time-to-fill metrics.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as job boards, recruitment agencies, background check providers, and assessment vendors.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition operations. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimize candidate experience, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
