- What You Have
- 12+ years of experience in financial systems and revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, public SaaS environment.
- Hands-on Technical Mastery: Deep, expert-level experience configuring and optimizing Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro). You should be comfortable diving into the details of the system as an individual contributor while simultaneously leading the team.
- B2B & B2C Fluency: Proven track record supporting complex B2B enterprise contracts alongside higher-volume B2C billing motions.
- Transformation Mindset: Experience leading a major system transformation or "re-implementation" to fix technical debt and improve scalability.
- Tech Stack Breadth: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (CPQ), NetSuite, and Avalara.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.
