Billing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Primary Responsibilities and Duties
• Validate customer purchase orders and contracts for completeness and consistency.
• Process orders and conduct invoicing, ensuring accuracy and lead time expectations are met.
• Effectively manage increased volumes on Month and Quarter Ends.
• T roubleshoot and resolve order management and billing issues.
• Comply with the organization's legal and financial policies, and other internal controls.
• Process Credit & Re-bills.
• Respond to customer inquiries through the AR inbox.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with customer agreements.

• Detail and results-oriented, with an ability to work both quickly and accurately
• Experience & Requirements
• You have experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar ERP/CRM systems
• You have experience reviewing customer purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and billing alignment
• You've managed order processing and invoicing in high-volume environments, with strong attention to detail
• You are comfortable handling increased workload during month-end close periods
• You are familiar with credit and rebill processes, as well as maintaining compliance with internal controls

Position Overview and Objective The Billing Analyst is responsible for the order processing and billing of Arctic Wolf's deals and for providing administrative support to the sales organization. They do this effectively by validating customer purchase orders against their negotiated contracts, creating invoice drafts for review and approval, and posting the sales transactions once approved. These responsibilities are carried out with utmost focus on customer satisfaction, while ensuring full adherence to Arctic Wolf's legal and financial policies. Billing Specialists are highly motivated individuals that efficiently employ sound judgment in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Their professionalism and dedication to operational excellence ensures all dealings with others are addressed promptly within tight timeframes. Hours of Work This is a remote-based role with standard working hours of 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Frida y, with occasional visits to our Bengaluru office . Please note that extended and overnight hours will be required during month-end close periods to support billing month-end.
