What will you be doing? Supervise the activities, workload, and attendance of assigned employees to ensure delivery of departmental results Evaluate opportunities in existing processes and proactively identify new processes, to assure quality delivery and departmental efficiency Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, explore and implement mistake-proofing measures Support the growth and development of assigned employees, and conduct performance reviews Support customer or prospect meetings, as serve as direct client liaison as needed Proactively interact with business partners to develop and enhance systems Develop custom departmental reports and presentations Develop and monitor key departmental metrics to ensure standards are achieved Participate in recruiting and hiring of new staff members Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
