Aufgaben Lead and develop international verification and validation teams across multiple engineering disciplines and global locations Define and execute a long-term strategy for testing, validation, digitalization, and laboratory excellence Drive the adoption of advanced testing technologies, automation, data-driven decision making, and digital engineering solutions Establish global standards, best practices, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and operational excellence Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Customer-facing teams to support innovation and product development Ensure robust validation frameworks for new technologies, product releases, supplier qualifications, and customer-specific requirements Build a high-performance organization through coaching, talent development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Qualifikation Degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline Proven leadership experience within an international engineering, R&D, testing, or validation environment Strong understanding of verification methodologies, testing strategies, and engineering processes Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives Knowledge of data analytics, automation, programming, or modern engineering software tools is highly desirable Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and hands-on leadership Fluent in English and German Willingness to travel internationally Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
