Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers (retail, contractors, corporate clients).
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing negotiations, and order follow-up.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Identify new business opportunities in the hardware retail and distribution market.
• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Use CRM and sales systems to manage customer accounts and sales pipeline.
• Analyse sales data to support decision-making and improve sales effectiveness.
• Support digitalization of sales processes (e.g. CRM, reporting tools, inventory systems).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or management (preferably in retail, hardware, construction, or trading industry).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and business reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in hardware, building materials, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Location at Tuas & Jurong area. Relocation is required.
• Willing to be on standby as required on a 24-hour
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit for operational duties
• Good teamwork and communication skills
