As an M&A lawyer, you will be part of an international team advising on complex, high-value transactions across sectors. You will draft and negotiate key documents, lead due diligence, coordinate cross-border deal teams, and work directly with clients and their advisers.
You will collaborate closely with specialists in areas like finance, capital markets, competition and tax, bringing together different perspectives to deliver seamless, forward-looking solutions.
