Work With Us | Maricopa County, AZ We Require Two years in a legal setting with knowledge in legal preparations and legal proceedings High school diploma or GED Post-secondary education may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis We Also Value Legal Secretary experience in juvenile dependency/severance law Experience preparing correspondence and legal documentation Experience with legal proceedings Experience working with ICIS Bilingual (English/Spanish) Job Contributions Serves as liaison between the attorney, clients, and external agencies Meets with clients regarding case status and updates the case tracking database as needed Accepts phone calls from clients on behalf of attorneys Responds to time-sensitive matters, forwards messages, and enters notes in a shared database.
