Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Continental Europe. Working closely with technical experts, industry leaders and growth teams across the business, you'll identify and engage prospective clients, develop key relationships and uncover opportunities that connect organisations with SLR's diverse sustainability and advisory expertise. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute growth strategies across priority sectors and accounts Build senior-level client relationships and generate qualified opportunities Conduct account research, stakeholder mapping and white space analysis Partner with marketing and technical teams on campaigns and market insights Connect clients with the right expertise across SLR's multidisciplinary teams to develop and advance opportunities Maintain high-quality CRM data and leverage market intelligence tools Support strategic proposals, bids and major growth opportunities About You Proven success in lead generation and new business development Strong social selling and outbound prospecting skills Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision makers Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Ability to research markets, identify trigger events and uncover opportunities Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo Fluent English; additional European languages (German, Dutch or French) are advantageous You'll also be motivated by helping clients achieve their sustainability ambitions and creating lasting environmental value.
