Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR Business Services delivery across Türkiye, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law and PPG policies, mitigating risks and supporting audit readiness
  • Oversee and be accountable for payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing in line with Turkish regulations and company policies
  • Partner with internal and external payroll providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Act as a key interface between HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (COEs), and the business
  • Support the implementation of global HR processes, tools, and systems across the country
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely HR and payroll reporting for internal stakeholders (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, workforce composition, skills inventory)
  • Oversee reporting to external entities such as government authorities
  • Ensure accurate and compliant maintenance of personnel records, including job history, compensation changes, leave balances, absence tracking, and insurance documentation
  • Support the implementation and administration of rewards programs, including compensation and benefits. Ensure accurate execution of salary changes, bonus processes, and benefits enrollment
  • Manage indirect procurement processes related to HR and administrative affairs, including meal cards, company cars, office services, and coordination with relevant vendors and service providers.
  • Plan and execute internal communication activities, while coordinating employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives.
  • Partner with COEs to ensure alignment with global policies and local compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and digitalization
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR operational topics
  • Be responsible for HR operations across the two manufacturing sites and the Istanbul office in Türkiye. Conduct regular site visits to ensure effective coordination between the manufacturing sites and the Istanbul office (at least three visits per month).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, HR Shared Services, or similar roles, including payroll management experience
  • Deep knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR administrative processes
  • Proven experience managing HR and payroll vendors
  • Experience working in an international and matrix organization is preferred
