Management and Program Analysis Officer

About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICER in the Navy Reserve Forces Command of NAVRESREDCOM MIDWEST. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying advanced management concepts and resourcefulness to resolve complex, non-traditional organizational problems, reducing operational bottlenecks. Experience driving project completion under adversity, maintaining intensity and focus to successfully deliver critical initiatives ahead of deadlines. Experience utilizing civilian human resources and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) principles, policies, and programs. Experience serving as a strategic policy advisor to the CSO, Great Lakes, and senior military officers.
