Product Manager Building Engineering & Prefabrication - Europe (d/f/m)

About the role

### What you´ll do - Lead business expansion for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in the facade construction, window installation and prefabrication - Take responsibility for portfolio steering and development to expand business - Lead Marketing activities that support the business growth and creates new business opportunities - Identify and scale adhesive applications and technologies across multiple countries and customer profiles (KAM and Distributors) - Collaborate cross-functionally with application engineering and sales to align solutions with market needs - Monitor trends, competitor activities, and innovation in the construction materials space ### What makes you a good fit - University degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related scientific field - Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Project experience or Technical Sales, ideally in adhesives and/or construction materials - Strong technical knowledge in adhesive technologies and applications relevant to facade construction and window installation - Proven strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record in business growth and transformation with customer- oriented mindset - Fluent German and English skills
