Responsibilities
- Develop and support the execution of mine designs and plans for the restart of mining operations
- Design and optimize open pit and/or underground mine layouts, including haul roads, ramps, stopes, and sequencing

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline (Master's degree is an asset)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain in Nevada preferred
- Minimum 10 years of mining experience, with strong exposure to planning and operations
- Experience in open pit and underground operations
- Proficiency in mine planning software (e.g., Deswik)
- Strong understanding of drill & blast, geotechnical considerations, and mine economics
- Knowledge of U.S. mining regulations (MSHA standards)
