Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will:
  • Drive Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of data centre roles, including critical infrastructure operations, engineering, design and construction project managers, sustainability experts, and corporate support functions.
  • Execute Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Design and implement aggressive sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks to identify and engage passive, highly sought-after technical and niche talent.
  • Partner with Specialised Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable sourcing strategies and diverse candidate slates.
  • Deliver a Premium Candidate Experience: Act as an authentic brand ambassador for Iron Mountain Data Centres, ensuring a high-touch, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates from initial outreach through to final offer negotiation.
  • Analyse Market Trends: Provide real-time market intelligence, competitor mapping, and salary benchmarking to leadership, particularly within the highly competitive energy, sustainability, and hyperscale data centre landscapes.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven TA Experience: Significant experience in talent acquisition within the data centre or related industries.
  • Language Skills: Fluent to a professional business level in both English and Spanish.
  • Technical Sourcing Fluency: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday), and creative sourcing methodologies to uncover passive talent in tight talent pools.
  • Stakeholder Agility: Proven ability to manage, advise and influence technical hiring managers and senior leaders in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of (or a keen interest in) data centre operations, sustainability/green energy trends, and massive-scale construction projects.
  • Commitment to DE&I: A deep commitment to building diverse candidate pipelines and driving equitable hiring practices across all business functions.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, dedicated exclusively to our fast-growing Data Centre business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for leading proactive sourcing, market mapping, and full-lifecycle recruitment across a highly technical and specialised portfolio, including Operations, Construction & Design, Energy & Sustainability, and dedicated Corporate Functions. You will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA, acting as a critical talent advisor to Data Centre leadership and HR Business Partners as we scale our infrastructure to meet surging global demand. Please note: This is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) to support a period of sustained, high-velocity growth across the region.
