Additional Information
As a Business Implementation - KYC, Agreement and Fee Set-up Officer you will:
You'll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding, including AML/KYC analysis, screenings, and documentation review.
You'll manage and complete internal databases while tracking and performing all Luxembourg regulatory filings during the onboarding phase.
You'll prepare, organize, and facilitate the execution of service agreements, addendums, and other onboarding documents.
You'll support the team with project work, research, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
You'll liaise closely with your line manager and operational teams to ensure accurate handover and continuity of client service.
