Responsibilities
- People Management
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
- Respond to queries, by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist in approving various transactions including refunds, ability-to-pay allowances, discounts and write-offs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis, setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions
- Carry out all Food and Beverage inventories.
- Assist the F&B Controller in all cost related accounts for Food and Beverages.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
