Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a central point of coordination across the office of the CRO and the broader go-to-market organization
  • Partner with leaders across sales, marketing, finance, recruiting, and operations to keep critical priorities moving
  • Work closely with a dedicated India-based assistant to delegate logistics, budget and administrative tasks effectively
  • Travel, Communications, and Tools
  • Manage a dynamic travel schedule through Navan and through direct coordination with travel providers when needed
  • Support communication and execution across Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Salesforce
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and workflow quality
  • Trust and Representation
  • Handle confidential information with exceptional discretion, maturity, and integrity
  • Represent the CRO and the office of the CRO with professionalism, sound judgment, and strong executive presence
  • Bring calm, order, and polish to fast-moving situations

Executive Assistant to the CRO Location: Miami (Edgewater office) | Primarily in-person, with up to 1 day/week remote. Compensation: Competitive base salary up to $135,000, plus meaningful pre-IPO equity.
