Responsibilities
- Carry out continuous on-site supervision in accordance with instructions from the Resident Engineer, Consultants, and Client representatives.
- Verify and inspect materials delivered to site to ensure full compliance with approved submissions, technical specifications, and project standards.

- Perform factory acceptance inspections for high-voltage switchgear and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) panels prior to site installation.
- Supervise and verify testing, commissioning, and performance validation of addressable fire detection and alarm systems.
- Establish, maintain, and manage comprehensive records of inspections, tests, correspondence, and M&E documentation, including proper updating of as-built drawings and records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in M&E supervision, inspection, or engineering support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of local statutory requirements, codes of practice, and building regulations.
- Accredited by IES as an M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with a valid practising certificate.
- Flexible to undertake rotating shifts and Sunday duties when operationally required.
- Prior experience on HDB, building, infrastructure, airport (CAG), or Defence (DSTA) projects will be considered an advantage.
