Sr Analyst Enterprise Arc

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect - Salesforce & Corporate Applications to contribute to and help evolve enterprise architecture capabilities across Salesforce platforms and corporate SaaS application ecosystems. This role supports architecture strategy, reference architecture development, and roadmap execution for enterprise engagement platforms, corporate business applications, and cross-platform workflow orchestration across customer, partner, supplier, and internal enterprise processes. The role helps ensure Salesforce and corporate platforms operate as part of a cohesive enterprise ecosystem aligned with data, integration, and operational platforms including ERP, Finance, and Supply Chain systems. This role partners with business, engineering, and senior architecture leadership to translate enterprise strategy into scalable platform architecture and implementation approaches.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enterprise architecture strategy and support roadmap execution across Salesforce and corporate SaaS platforms
• Support development and adoption of reference architectures and standards for engagement platforms, workflow orchestration, and SaaS integrations
• Lead architecture design and solution alignment for assigned programs, domains, or product areas
• Partner with senior architects, engineering teams, and product teams to ensure consistent cross-platform architecture design
• Support adoption of modern platform patterns including workflow automation, low-code platforms, and event-driven enterprise workflows
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide architecture guidance to engineering and delivery teams
• Contribute to platform evaluation, vendor selection, and modernization initiatives
• Demonstrate strong ownership of architecture deliverables and continuous improvement of architecture practices

• Strong experience working within enterprise application and platform architecture environments
• Solid understanding of Salesforce enterprise platform architecture and corporate SaaS ecosystem integration
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives through platform modernization or workflow automation programs
• Strong understanding of how engagement platforms interact with enterprise operational and corporate business systems
• Ability to operate across architecture strategy, solution design, and engineering collaboration layers
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority
• Experience working in retail, consumer products, or customer-facing digital business environments
• Experience collaborating with global teams, offshore delivery teams, or distributed product and engineering organizations
• Technical Expertise & Platform Experience
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture repository or modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX, Ardoq, or similar platforms) and contributing to architecture documentation or portfolio data
• Experience working with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or related Salesforce platform capabilities
• Experience working on cloud or distributed enterprise applications, including API-based, event-driven, or batch integration implementations
• Working knowledge of enterprise data interaction concepts including system-of-record integrations and master or reference data alignment
• Experience working with enterprise security concepts such as SSO, identity federation, secure API usage, and basic compliance awareness
• Experience participating in architecture reviews, architecture documentation, or supporting architecture governance and roadmap activities

Requirements

• Progressive experience working across enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or large-scale enterprise platform environments
• Demonstrated experience contributing to enterprise architecture or platform modernization initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
