  • Coordinates sourcing and compliance project activities, including timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Keeps cross-functional stakeholders aligned through proactive communication and status tracking.
  • Monitors sourcing and compliance milestones to support successful project execution.
  • Supports execution of initiatives within established timelines and business requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identifies opportunities to improve sourcing, contract management, and compliance processes.
  • Supports implementation of more effective and efficient ways of working.
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives involving sourcing, supplier compliance, and cross-functional processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborates with sourcing, procurement, r&d, quality, operations, and other internal stakeholders to support supplier and compliance initiatives.

  • Education & Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, compliance, contract coordination, or project management.
  • Experience within a CPG or food manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with SAP, Sedex, or comparable systems is preferred.
  • PMP, CSCL, or related certifications are considered an asset.
  • Passion for the agriculture or food industry is an asset.
