Responsibilities
- Campaign Briefing: Work closely with eBay internal team, eBay partner agencies, global partners and internal teams as required to define campaign briefs

- Always acting as a custodian for eBay to ensure all campaigns meet eBay's brand guidelines
- With the above in mind, the successful candidate would have the below deliverables:
- Delivery of +10 campaigns per month - these range from simple OM banner activations through to detailed multi channel CRM campaigns
- EOC reporting for all delivered campaigns
- Ongoing reporting for recurring campaigns
- Ideally at least 1 test and learn executed each month for learnings/insights to improve recurring campaign performance ongoing
- WHAT YOU BRING:
- Ability to self-educate, learn fast and work autonomously
- 3-5 years experience within a marketing coordinator role, looking for the next step up
- Highly desirable - 2+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze or other CRM alternatives
- Strong prioritisation skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Experience in managing reporting and delivering tangible insights & actions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve communications/marketing and customer goals
- Ability to network, build relationships and influence stakeholders upwards, downward and across teams

This is a fixed term contract through until 31st December 2026. This role is part of our eBay Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within eBay. JOB PURPOSE As a Marketing Executive you'll be working seamlessly with the eBay Marketing team, you will be confident in your abilities to work autonomously coordinating, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns across eBay owned channels. Day-to-day, you will support the eBay owned channels team with the rollout of planned activity across owned channels including onsite & app, push notification, SMS & email marketing.
