This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Manager who wants to grow into senior leadership roles. Role Overview Construction Manager to lead the execution of building projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong site leader with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance across the project team. Lead and manage site operations for building projects from start to completion Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, M&E teams, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure construction is executed in accordance with contract, drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements Drive productivity, quality, and safety performance on site Monitor progress and resolve site constraints proactively Manage subcontractor performance, coordination, and claims Lead site meetings and represent the company with clients and consultants Mentor and develop site teams including Site Managers and Engineers Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, WSH, and internal standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management
• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience with A1 or large main contractors
• Strong experience in building projects (RC, architectural, and coordination works)
• Proven leadership in managing large site teams and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and practices
