Posted Job Title Research Specialist B/C/D Job Profile Title Research Specialist B Job Description Summary Research Specialist B The Research Specialist B will extract metabolites from a variety of biological matrices, perform targeted and untargeted LC/MS metabolomics assays, and carry out data analysis requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, the Research Specialist B will assist the Director with establishing new metabolomics assays, instrument maintenance, ordering chemicals and supplies, and maintain laboratory safety. Research Specialist C The Research Specialist C will extract metabolites from a variety of biological matrices, perform targeted and untargeted LC/MS metabolomics assays, and carry out data analysis requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, the Research Specialist C will assist the Director with establishing new metabolomics assays, instrument maintenance, ordering chemicals and supplies, and maintain laboratory safety. In addition, the Research Specialist C will independently develop new methods with minimal oversight and assist the Core Director with project management.
