Purpose of the role This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations after booking , including shipment handling, documentation, system updates, and booking support. It involves working closely with Customer Service and FinOps teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution, handle queries, and resolve issues. The person is expected to proactively manage exceptions, maintain accurate data, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the shipment lifecycle . You will be Responsible for: Managing end-to-end shipment file activities post booking Creating bookings and providing booking support (BKS) Handling documentation and accurate system updates Collaborating with FinOps team for operational finance activities Managing case handling and resolving customer queries Ensuring smooth supply chain execution across shipment lifecycle Identifying and proactively communicating exceptions/issues Supporting Customer Service in query resolution and escalations Maintaining strong coordination with internal stakeholders (CS, Ops, Finance)
