Position Overview We are looking for a highly driven Senior Business and Influencer Partnership Manager to lead and scale B2B partnerships for our online brokerage platform in Canada. This role is focused on building strategic partnerships across the fintech ecosystem, including financial platforms, publishers, and affiliate networks, with the goal of driving high-quality user acquisition and long-term growth . You will own the full partnership lifecycle-from sourcing to deal structuring to execution-and play a key role in expanding our distribution channels in the Canadian market. Key Responsibilities Identify, source, and develop new B2B partnership opportunities across: Financial platforms and tools Affiliate and comparison sites Media and publisher networks Own the full partnership lifecycle: outreach → negotiation → deal structuring → execution → optimization Structure and negotiate commercial models Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline, and consistently drive deals to closure Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to launch and scale partnerships Monitor and analyze performance metrics (conversion, ROI), and continuously optimize partnership outcomes Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging partnership opportunities Core Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Channel Growth Proven track record of independently sourcing and closing partnerships (0→1 experience required) Experience in one or more of the following industries: Fintech / brokerage / crypto Financial comparison platforms Affiliate networks or SaaS partnerships Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and negotiate complex partnership deals Financial Market Understanding (Mandatory) Strong understanding of financial markets (stocks/ETFs/ options) Hands-on experience investing in US equities (required) Able to communicate investment concepts clearly with partners Skills & Mindset Highly results-driven with strong ownership of KPIs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Strong execution ability with a focus on outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Can independently open doors, structure deals, and close partnerships Thinks commercially and understands how to build scalable growth channels Moves fast, follows through, and delivers measurable results Is comfortable operating with ambiguity and high expectations Has interest in investing and financial markets What We Offer Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth in a fast-growing fintech company Beautiful office space in mid-town Toronto with stunning city views Work in a company that's a global leader in online brokerage and wealth management How to Apply If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for operations and technology in the trading world, we want to hear from you.
