Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for operational HR queries

- Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
- CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- Desirable:
- Experience in a local government or SME environment
- Knowledge of TUPE, organisational change, and job evaluation processes
