Join our Technology Team and advance your career as a Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer As an Enterprise Technology Engineer, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions within your assigned area. You will supply to ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance in line with defined standards. You will support system integration, operational activities, and security controls, working as part of a team to deliver technological solutions. You will collaborate with team members and senior engineers to implement established solutions and standards, supplying continuous improvement initiatives. In this role You will: Support development and delivery of application components within assigned digital platforms Support implementation of security controls in line with defined policies and standards Contribute to operational performance through system monitoring, issue resolution, and maintenance activities Contribute to system improvements and modernization initiatives within the team Work with internal teams and external vendors to support delivery of assigned activities Follow established governance, security standards, and risk management practices Assist in the implementation of monitoring, automation, and security solutions under guidance Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, and testing activities within the team Support disaster recovery, availability, and resilience activities as defined by the team Collaborate with team members and collaborators within the scope of assigned work Share knowledge and support peers to contribute to team performance and continuous improvement What You will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working with enterprise technology systems within a team environment Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and interested parties. Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and enterprise IT governance frameworks A passion for emerging technology trends, security standard processes, and innovation. Technology Specialism: Customer-facing digital portals using technologies such as React JS, GraphQL, Amazon Web Services and open-source frameworks for integration with ERP and other core application technologies. Applies their technology skills to support coding, configuration, and testing activities within defined standards and methodologies Includes management of the SDLC and delivery methodology appropriate to the area of technology specialism, quality management approach for code / config, and test methodologies appropriate for the specialism Operational performance: Supports operational activities including system availability, capacity, and compliance requirements within the assigned technology area Project management: Applies project management practices to support delivery of given tasks within projects Financial management: Understands cost considerations and supports efficient use of resources within assigned activities Validated experience working on production systems. You'll have supported these production systems through on-call rotations, and experience in continuous improvement of services and non-functional characteristics to achieve high uptime Desirable criteria: You have a product-centric attitude that you have used to understand business needs.
