We work with leading architecture firms to help streamline production and deliver documentation at the highest level. As a Forward Deployed Architect leading customer success and growth, you'll work alongside architects at some of the most respected firms in the world. You'll learn how their teams actually produce documentation, embed SketchPro into their daily work, and own growth within a firm. What You're Accountable For You are accountable for firm adoption and conversion readiness. This role owns the gap between "signed pilot" and "embedded in daily workflow." Your job is to ensure that: New firms and users get value fast We can quantify the benefits of SketchPro to teams at architecture and engineering firms People find SketchPro intuitive and approachable Users adopt SketchPro on real projects Feedback flows cleanly into Product What You'll Own Firm Onboarding & Activation Lead group and 1:1 onboarding sessions tailored to firm size, discipline, and usage goals Coordinate installation and IT setup Ensure firms reach defined activation milestones Ongoing Firm Engagement Track adoption metrics and usage health per firm Run 1:1 user follow-ups and in-person workshops Keep momentum between weekly office hours Produce weekly usage recaps for internal and external stakeholders Activate internal champions at each firm Enablement & GTM Support Run discovery and demo calls with top architecture firms, providing architectural perspective on the business and selling firm leadership on SketchPro's value Help move pilots to enterprise contracts by tying user feedback during pilots to the commercial cases and ROI Create demo videos and educational content Support outreach, referrals, and external visibility (e.g. LinkedIn) Ideal Background 4+ years at an architecture/design firm (licensed preferred) Experience in construction documentation workflows (SD through CA) Fluency in Revit Comfortable communicating to firm leadership & working directly with architects You don't need to be a salesperson, but you must be confident, a clear communicator, and trusted by other designers.
