About the role

As the Commercial Data Analyst , you will: Manage data imports and exports across CRM and operational systems for Reuters Events using ETL tools to combine, enhance, and update records accurately and on schedule. Maintain the integrity of our contact database - including record editing, merging, and subscription management. Support ongoing CRM data quality improvement in close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Analytics, and the wider Commercial Excellence team. About You: You'll be a strong fit for the Commercial Data Analyst role if you bring: Experience & Technical Skills 2-3 years of experience in a data operations, CRM administration, or similar analytical role Strong Excel skills - comfortable handling large datasets, data cleaning, validation, and lookup-based workflows Solid working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM, including data imports, record management, and basic reporting Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus but not required Basic SQL or database querying experience is advantageous Mindset & Ways of Working High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve both routine and complex issues effectively AI-literate: comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality, with the ability to critically evaluate and refine outputs Clear and organised communicator, able to work effectively across levels and functions while managing multiple priorities Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Fluent in English The deadline for applications is Friday, July 17th, 2026. We're looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join the Sales Enablement & Analytics team within Reuters Commercial Excellence - the function that exists to drive faster, more effective revenue growth by simplifying commercial processes, embedding data-driven decision making, and equipping sales teams with the tools, insights, and support they need to execute at scale. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in bringing order to complexity. You'll own the data workflows that keep Reuters Events running smoothly: managing imports and exports, maintaining data quality across systems, and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. The data you handle feeds directly into the analytics and reporting that shape commercial decisions across the organisation.
