Loan Collateral Specialist - Entry Level

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in post-closing or collateral document processing preferred.
• Knowledge of agency or document custodian collateral requirements.
• Familiarity with warehouse bank reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities quickly and efficiently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.

You'll be responsible for coordinating and auditing loan collateral documents, primarily promissory notes, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery to investors and custodians.
