Responsibilities

  • As a Plant Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) , your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process standards, and standard work
  • Contribute to PFMEA and control plan development to ensure robust and scalable processes
  • Ensure documentation reflects current conditions and supports audit readiness
  • Change implementation and cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive implementation of technical changes in alignment with production, maintenance, and quality
  • Support training of operators and ensure sustainable process adoption
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure stable and scalable manufacturing solutions
  • Data discipline, traceability, and audit readiness
  • Ensure high standards of data integrity and traceability in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Support internal and external audits within your scope of responsibility
  • Safety and compliance
  • Drive safe work practices and contribute to ergonomic and workplace improvements
  • Ensure all changes follow plant safety and change management standards
  • What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a comparable technical environment
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting capability and willingness to work close to the shop floor
  • Experience with structured problem solving (e.g. root cause analysis, data-driven improvement)
  • Exposure to manufacturing documentation, process standards, or regulated production environments
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, or audit requirements is a plus
  • Experience in Li-Ion or other high-traceability environments is advantageous
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive topics forward
  • Structured thinking, analytical capability, and clear communication
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced plant environment
