1 Year contract Private Equity (Debt Strategy) $5000

About the role

▪ Assist in documentation and analysis and support and maintain relationships ▪ Support in maintaining debt facilities and in ongoing monitoring and reporting of covenants compliance. ▪ Contribute to maintenance and improvement of debt financing policies. ▪ Report on debt matters to relevant internal stakeholders. ▪ Assist in implementing hedging strategies under the guidance of senior team members. ▪ Support execution of hedging strategies, liaising with banks and advisors as required. ▪ Monitor and report on hedge positions and review thevaluations by independent third-party valuers. ▪ Report hedge positions to relevant internal stakeholders. ▪ Assist in preparing liquidity reports (actuals and forecasts) to support fund managers' decision making. ▪ Ensure adherence to relevant counterparty-risk policies. ▪ Support effective and efficient processes for liquidity management, including placing funds with third-party institutions. ▪ Assist in maintaining and improving liquidity management policies and procedures, ensuring they are embedded within the business. ▪ Report on liquidity matters to relevant internal stakeholders. ▪ Coordinate with acquisition, asset management, property fund finance, tax and corporate secretary teams to support investment transactions activities. ▪ Support the completion of investment transactions with in defined timelines and requirements. ▪ Assist in reviewing pre-execution and due diligence checklists. ▪ Assist in responding to internal and SOC auditors on matters relating to investments, debt origination, derivative transactions and liquidity management Interested Candidates , please send CVs to: [Kayslyn Lim Khai Ling] [Personnel EA Registration Number: R1104685] Email Address: kayslynlim@recruitexpress.com.sg Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA Licence No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
