Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you'll contribute to an amazing team of Client Direction Monks working for some of the best-in-class clients out there. Responsibilities

• Run several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social and digital.
• Steer teams and projects with great care, organization, and confidence.
• Liaise with media agencies and external partners, aligning across all agencies to create fully integrated campaigns across all touchpoints.
• Manage the full day-to-day lifecycle: brief creative, legal, production, and language & culture teams while ensuring everyone is clear on specs, deadlines, scope, and local market requirements.
• Source assets from the client's DAM, log usage rights, and organize project files and documentation for creative and production teams.
• Build close-knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally.
• About You
• The essentials:
• 4+ years of experience coordinating projects as a Project Manager or Account Manager in advertising or creative agencies.
• Experience managing projects from end-to-end in an agency or high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Clear and strong communication skills in English and Italian.
• A proactive, genuine, and direct approach to communicating across cross-cultural teams.
• A strong sense of urgency with a habit of addressing problems immediately.
• An impeccable eye for design, quality, and detail.
• A collaborative team player and self-starter with a positive mindset.
• Critical thinking skills and the confidence to ask the right questions.
• Humble, open to feedback, and proactive about your personal development.
• Ambitious, resilient, and excited to dive into a fast-paced environment.
