About the role
Cochlear has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Embedded Software Development & Delivery to join our global R&D team in Mechelen, Belgium or Vallauris, France. About You To add value in this role, you'll bring: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Development or similar. Minimum 5 years' experience leading large embedded software development teams in complex R&D environments. Proven track record in developing managers and leaders. Experience managing multi-stakeholder project portfolios with high technical complexity. Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps for embedded systems at scale. Experience in medical device development or other safety-critical applications (ideal). Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
