Public Area Attendant

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly dust, disinfect, and sanitize all public restrooms.
• Keep toilet paper and paper towels stocked in all public and pool area restrooms.
• Monitor and restock supplies needed in the stock closet.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain all floors.
• Polish and maintain all glass and mirror surfaces.
• Service ashtrays and remove trash in public areas.
• Maintain all offices located in the lobby and sales and marketing areas.
• Report any engineering problems immediately to the supervisor or designated departments.
• Place trash in designated areas or receptacles for pickup.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and rugs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.

Pay Rate: $16/hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. The Public Area Attendant plays an essential role in ensuring that all public spaces throughout the resort remain clean, safe, and inviting for guests and team members. This position maintains the cleanliness of restrooms, offices, common areas, meeting spaces, sales centers, and other assigned areas while upholding Westgate's high standards of presentation and guest care.
