About the role

As our new Children's Residential Care Worker, you will: Work as part of a team to ensure the children are looked after 24/7, creating a safe, loving, nurturing home. Complete household tasks to ensure the home remains clean and tidy. Get to know the kids - what they like, what they need, and how to support them Provide calm, reassuring care Plan and prepare homecooked meals.
