About the role

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. You will serve as the Production Integration Test (PIT) Lead in the Electromagnetic Spectrum Warfare Department, Maritime Electromagnetic Warfare Systems Division, Sustainment Engineering Branch, Sustainment Support Section (Code WXMRM) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 pay band (GS-11 and GS-12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Testing and evaluating critical electromagnetic warfare systems against documented system requirements, developing and maintaining work processes in accordance with command safety and security policies, and training the technical workforce on system operation and troubleshooting practices.
