Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Champion best practices through robust documentation control policies and procedures.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior and peer engineering team members.
  • Verification & Certification: Collaborate with ODM R&D teams, HP verification teams, and third-party laboratories to develop and oversee rigorous hardware certification programs. Ensure comprehensive tracking of reliability testing and hardware certification.
  • Education & Experience Recommended
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in electrical or mechanical engineering development and implementation, with a proven track record (5+ years preferred) in project/program management.
  • ODM/OEM Partnerships: Demonstrated experience managing ODM/OEM partners and navigating complex supply chain ecosystems.
  • Hardware Fundamentals: In-depth understanding of hardware development lifecycles (phases, gates), manufacturing processes, and cross-functional engineering dependencies in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
