In this critical role, you will be a part of the team responsible for supporting our customers, including broker-dealers, institutional clients, and registered investment advisors - during U.S. after-hours and overnight trading sessions (5:30AM to 1:30PM Manila, Philippines time zone) You will play an essential role in risk mitigation, ensuring seamless trade flow, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Monitor and Support U.S. After-hours and Overnight Trading Activities: Oversee client trading activity during U.S. after-hours and overnight sessions, ensuring efficient trade execution and accuracy. Client Support: Act as a trusted first point of contact for resolving client inquiries related to order flow, trade execution, and system performance. Risk Management: Proactively identify and respond to potential trade issues and operational risks with urgency; escalate issues as necessary. Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with operations, technology, product, and compliance teams to address client needs and improve service delivery. Market Knowledge: Leverage in-depth understanding of market dynamics, trading protocols, and regulatory requirements to provide strategic insights to clients. Operational Efficiency: Maintain thorough and accurate updates, ensuring seamless handoff to the following day's trading staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of trading, electronic trading, or trade support experience preferred; strong adjacent experience with clear, hands-on results may be considered.
- FINRA SIE and Series 7; willingness to obtain Series 57 and Series 24
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of equity electronic trading, trading workflows, market microstructure, regulatory landscape, and order management systems
- Proven experience in client-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to proactively recognize potential issues/risks and drive timely, appropriate escalation to mitigate impact
- Strong communicator who can convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
- Client-focused mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and sense of urgency.
- AI fluency and solid data analysis skills with the ability to organize, manipulate, and interpret data a plus
