Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Min Diploma and/or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Min 3 years working experience in residential, commercial and/or construction projects.
• Possess positive working attitude and good communication skill.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Management of renovation/construction projects for residential & commercial (office, retail, F&B, etc) Job Description: Taking off measurement and prepare quotation. To source for quotation from specialists/sub-contractors/suppliers, prepare comparison, negotiate, and award contracts. To prepare payment response to the subcontractors' monthly claim, monthly progress claim, certify subcontractors' progress payments, prepare variation orders, finalize accounts. To administer contracts of all values and ensure that they are completed within budget. To ensure proper documentation of all records. To review and advise Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications. To monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements. To liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving project development and technical issues. To perform any ad-hoc duties from time to time. To handle all other QS related works and assigned duties as required.
